CASTAS | Sauvignon Blanc

PROVA | Light greenish colour, fresh aroma, with box tree and tropical fruit notes, specially grapefruit. Fresh and vibrant flavour, well balanced with the aroma, with a mineral and persistent finish.

VINIFICAÇÃO | Early morning harvest, reception and pressing in inert environment. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature of 17ºC, followed by a 3 months batonnage.

LONGEVIDADE PREVISTA | 3 to 5 years

ANALYSIS | Alcohol content 12,5% | Total Acidity 5,6 g/L | pH 3,21

SERVICE | Serve at the temperature of 10ºC, paired with grilled fish and seafood, salads and sushi.

STORAGE | Bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark place at 12 to 13 ºC and at around 60% relative humidity environment.
