Young yellow colour, fresh aroma, with strong citrus and floral notes, dense and unctuous, well balanced by some acidity and volatility. The finish is long and persistent. Its complexity from the Botrytis cinerea can be tasted at all times.

VINIFICATION | Fermentation in a stainless steel tank, with controlled temperature at 17 ºC.

ANALYSES | Alcohol Content 13,4% vol. | Total Acidity 5,2 g/L | pH 3,60 | Residual Sugar 82 g/L

SERVING | Should be served at a temperature of 10-12 ºC, in an appropriate tasting glass, with either starters or desserts, provided they are well matched.

STORAGE |  Store bottles in a dark, well-ventilated place, between 12 and 13 ºC and at 60% relative humidity.
