TASTING | Salmon pink colour, aroma of fresh berries with citrus and floral notes. Fresh and persistent in the mouth.
VINIFICATION | Short maceration in the press, followed by gentle pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel at a temperature of 12 ºC.

ANALYSES | Alcohol Content 12,5% v/v | Total Acidity 5,8 g/L | pH 3,13
SERVING | Gastronomic rosé, excellent to accompany fresh and well-seasoned dishes, such as Italian food or grilled fish.
STORAGE | Store bottles in a dark, well-ventilated place, between 12 and 13 ºC and at 60% relative humidity.
